After relentlessly carving a niche for himself in the Indian subcontinent Sunil Chauhan, an eminent curator and founder of Suan Artland Gallery has taken a herculean task of promoting Modern and Contemporary Art in Dubai.
Visual Imagery the popular art show is being organized by Suan Artland Gallery in association with DIAC and runs from July 8-22, 2023 from 9 am to 9 pm at DIAC Villa 27, 75 B-street, Jumeirah 1, Dubai.
The show displays the works of many artists both veterans and the new comers under one roof. The show also aims to enhance the artistic and crafting skills of the visitors through technical updates and workshops led by experienced artists.
Noted curator and founder of Suan Artland Gallery, Sunil Chauhan spoke at length about the motto behind organizing this art show, “I wanted to hold this show in Dubai since long and finally we have made a start. The idea is to give space to newcomers a platform to exhibit with the veteran artists. Just looking at art can uplift your spirits, and considering the current situation. It is important people get a hold of their life.”
Visual Imagery includes works of some of eminent artists like Thota Vaikuntam, Nayanaa Kanodia, Vrindavan Solanki, Ram Kumar, Gurcharan Singh, Vrindavan Solanki (India's top black and white artist), Sachin Jaltare, Niladri Paul, John Douglas, Anand Panchal, Akshita Lad, Hemraj and Dharmendra Rathore. Also on display are the works of few emerging artists like Shivani Mathur, Tumpa Banerjee and Reshma Parikh just to name a few.”
