The founder of Career Ready, Oyindamola Ossi, has won the Best Emerging Leader in HR Award 2023 in a recently organized ceremony entitled, Inspire Leadership Global Awards. The ceremony was held on 20th January 2023, at Double Tree by Hilton in Dubai, where various renowned industry leaders were recognized and appreciated for serving humanity. It was organized by award winning internationally recognized business woman, Nousheen Mukhtar. Career Ready is a people development consulting company that facilitates training in personal and professional growth for African talent in specific. Under the leadership of Oyindamola Ossi, the company has been working exponentially to help ambitious professionals maximize their skills to achieve their personal and professional growth objectives.

The company was founded in 2020 and has been serving professionals ever since. One of its outstanding projects, led by its founder, Oyindamola Ossi, is the EquipHer Masterclasses. This training program aims at enriching and training 3000 women by the end of 2023. This is a woman empowerment venture that distinguishes the efforts of Oyindamola Ossi from other HR entrepreneurs.

As an emerging entrepreneur, she is driven and dedicated. Her clear sense of direction is a major contributor to her success. She has been serving in the HR profession at the top level; her skills and years of experience in the industry make the backbone of her business.
