Dubai: KA-1 Clothing, the Emirati streetwear brand, announced the public release of its latest collection, the ‘Language of Love’.
Launched with much fanfare on Saturday, February 10th, at the prestigious Fame Park, this collection symbolises KA-1's dedication to revolutionising the streetwear fashion landscape in the UAE and beyond, according to a media release.
Central to this collection is KA-1's collaboration with esteemed UAE-based artist, Diaa Allam. Diaa's mastery of Arabic calligraphy showcased through innovative techniques like 3D and motion typography, lends a dynamic flair to the ‘Language of Love’ collection. His artistic vision transforms each garment into a wearable work of art, encapsulating the essence of Emirati street culture and the Arabic language.
‘Language of Love’ transcends the boundaries of conventional streetwear, seamlessly blending contemporary style with cultural heritage. Inspired by the diverse degrees of love in the Arabic language, each of the pieces in the collection serves as a canvas for expressions of affection, connection, and self-affirmation. From graphic tees to statement hoodies, every garment showcases intricate Arabic calligraphy, meticulously crafted to capture the nuances of love in its myriad forms.
The launch event, held at Fame Park, provided an exquisite setting for the unveiling of the ‘Language of Love’ collection. Fame Park exudes ambition, success and exclusivity, perfectly reflecting the essence of KA-1 Clothing. Amidst this backdrop, guests were treated to an immersive experience, indulging in a fusion of street fashion, art, and exotic animals.
In attendance were a host of notable personalities, including KA-1 founder Dr Saif Belhasa, esteemed artist Diaa Allam, model Kari Kari Petrosyan, founder of SD Luxury Magazine Duolikun Saimure, as well as Model & Actor Kareem Afghani. The event also saw the presence of Mohammad Belhasa, the talented artist Junaid Malik, and international businesswoman Sevgi Eren. Not to mention the actress Dareen Omar Abdullah Nazzal, influencer Shan Baig and Mohamed Nagia, along with many others who graced the occasion with their presence. Attendees were treated to a truly unique experience as they were allowed to roam around Fame Park and interact with exquisite animals such as giant pythons, majestic lions, tigers, cheetahs, black bears, and even a dwarf crocodile.
