Exeed College, a premier higher education institution in the UAE, recently held a magnificent graduation ceremony for its 2022 graduates, El Exito, at Address Boulevard Hotel in Downtown Dubai. The event honoured the 560 students who successfully completed their MBA and teacher education programs.
The grand ceremony was initiated with a ceremonial procession followed by an inspiring commencement address delivered by the Dean of Exeed College, Dr Vivek Mohan. A graduation speech was delivered by Prof Anil Ahluwalia, who imparted wisdom and a thought-provoking message to 108 attended students from 55 different nations, fostering their confidence and encouraging them to approach their future with open arms. Alberto Fernández Torres, the Director of UCAM Español Institute Dubai, gave the keynote address. Program Director of Exeed College, David Orford and Dr Robert Machera also addressed the students and praised their achievements.
And then, with great expectation, the first session of the Exeed College graduation ceremony carried on with the felicitation of the illustrious MBA graduates. Amidst a festivity of delight and jubilation, the graduates were honoured with their well-deserved scrolls, basking in the glory of their arduous yet triumphant academic journey.
The second session of the graduation ceremony was a celebratory tribute to the esteemed teacher education graduates. Dr Ceri Daniels, Director, School of Education at Liverpool John Moores University, UK, and the Guest of Honour, Dr Alison George, delivered the keynote addresses. The distinguished panellists included Dr Vivek Mohan, Dean of Academics, Poonam Heryani, Associate Dean, and Dr Bhawana Chawla, Vice-President of Admissions and Business, who graced the event with their presence.
Furthermore, the occasion was enhanced by felicitating the achievements of Master of Arts in Leadership in Education graduates and PGCEi recipients. A heartfelt commendation was presented by Poonam Heryani, marking a moment of great pride and recognition for these deserving scholars. The grand debut of the inaugural edition of the Exeed College newsletter, Exeed Quarterly, further marked the momentous occasion.
An even more significant moment transpired as the outstanding students of both MBA and teacher education were honoured with Magna Cum Laude awards by Exeed College CEO Samras Mayimi and esteemed guests, including Mashrook Ali and Hanil Das, the co-founders of Westford Education Group and Bahrulla Safi, Vice-President of Business Development. The other dignitaries who attended the event were Ranjith Kakkadath and Mujeeb Vayalil, Directors of Westford Education Group. The jubilant spirit of the graduation ceremony was symbolised by cutting the celebratory cake to conclude the ceremony.
