Dubai: Reportage Properties has launched a special offer for doctors and frontline workers in the UAE tackling the COVID-19 situation. It includes a discount of 5 per cent on units at Al Maryah Vista project being developed on Al Maryah Island in Abu Dhabi.
The offer also includes paying Dh10,000 as a reserving payment, without paying anything further until the project is handed over, in case the buyer pays 70 per cent of the total unit value upon handover and 30 per cent subsequently at 1 per cent a month.
Al Maryah Vista features 772 units in a 22-floor structure with a total construction area of 958.000 square feet. It includes 216 studios, 112 one-bedroom apartments, 20 two-room apartments, 60 three-bedroom apartments and eight penthouses.
As of now, 15 per cent of the project has been completed, according to Reportage Properties’ CEO Islam Ahmed Suleiman. The company is also developing the Diva project on Yas Island.
