Binghatti Developers, a pioneer real estate investments company in Dubai, is looking forward to handing over residential units in the Binghatti Gateway project in Al Jaddaf area in Dubai, within a month.
Binghatti Gateway is the fastest project to be developed within 12 months in Al Jadaf area. “We are pleased to announce the imminent hand over of the Binghatti Gateway project to fulfill our customers’ needs at Al Jaddaf area. Real estate consultancy “ValuStrat” index showed that sales of the project were among the most important sites that were sold off the map during January 2021, along with other projects developed by few companies. Binghatti stated that the project was completely sold out. It is constructed on an area of approximately 300,000 square feet, and is located in the Al Jadaf area with panoramic views of Dubai Creek, Al Khor Tower, as well as Zabeel area and Zabeel Park.
The "Binghatti Gateway" project is located in "Al Jadaf" area and extends over a building area equivalent to 300,000 square feet. It is a 14-storey residential tower with 182 units, including 139 one-bedroom apartments and 42 two-bedroom apartments. The project includes a swimming pool; gym, Jacuzzi and children's play area as well as shops.
Muhammad Binghatti pointed out that the building consists of a ground floor, 4 parking floors, and 14 residential floors. The unit prices range for a one bedroom flat is between Dhs690.000 to 790.000, while the prices of the two-bedroom range from Dhs950.000 to Dhs1.2.
He added that the project is one of two projects that they developed in Dubai Healthcare City , area2, and the total number of apartments for the two projects is 1000, while the total area for the two projects is one million feet.
"We are also looking forward to handing over all the units in Millennium Binghatti Residences, where we will start handing over in the next few months in our plan of getting ready for the Expo 2020,"the CEO said. Binghatti feels optimistic about the real estate sector during 2021, which will mark the sector’s recovery in the coming years thanks to government initiatives of the golden residency law and 100% foreign ownership of commercial activities, in addition to the nationality law.
He pointed to the continuation of Binghatti's developing approach in preserving the distinctive aesthetic and technical foundations in its properties, including the orange color, as well as the company's strategy that focuses on attracting investors, including the guaranteed rental return due to the sites of the projects and the quality of the buildings they construct. That all is added to the return on investments due to discounts and reasonable prices in the market. He emphasized that Binghatti is increasing its investments during 2021 and expanding its portfolio, which currently contains 40 projects, worth more than Dhs3.5bn, all over the UAE.
