The suspension comes amid the ongoing conflict with India
Dubai: Dubai’s flagship carrier, Emirates, announced earlier today the temporary suspension of all flight operations to Pakistan, effective immediately and lasting until May 10.
According to Emirates, the decision comes in response to the ongoing uncertainty surrounding access to the country’s airspace and airports.
In a statement released by the airline, Emirates expressed regret for any inconvenience caused to its customers. The airline assured that it is closely monitoring the situation and will provide further operational updates on its official website as soon as they become available.
The flight cancellations impact all of Emirates’ Pakistani destinations, including Lahore, Islamabad, Sialkot, Peshawar, and Karachi. The following flights have been confirmed as cancelled:

The advisory also stated that customers booked on connecting flights to Pakistan will not be permitted to travel until further notice. The airline said passengers affected by cancellations are strongly advised not to proceed to the airport.
