Air Arabia mega sale: Fares starting from Dh149 only

Sharjah-based carrier Air Arabia announced one-way fares starting as low as Dh149 on Monday.

The rates are applicable when passengers book between June 30 and July 6, 2025, and fly between July 14 and September 30, 2025.

GCC destinations

For passengers flying from Sharjah to Bahrain and Muscat, the one-way fare begins from Dh149.

Fares to Dammam, Riyadh, Kuwait and Salalah start from Dh199 (one-way), while those flying to Abha, Tabuk and Yanbu can secure their one-way tickets for just Dh298.

One-day fares to Doha begin from Dh399. Meanwhile, if you are flying to Jeddah and Medinah, you’ll be paying a one-way fare of Dh449. Tickets to Taif will cost Dh574.

Indian subcontinent

The airline has also revealed offers to travel to India, Bangladesh and Nepal.

Flights from Abu Dhabi to Chennai will cost Dh275, while Sharjah-Ahmedabad tickets are priced from Dh299.

Abu Dhabi-Kochi flights are priced from Dh315 one-way, while Sharjah-Delhi tickets will cost Dh317.

Those flying to Mumbai from Sharjah will be paying Dh323, while tickets from Abu Dhabi to Kochi and Thiruvananthapuram will cost Dh325.

Sharjah-Kathmandu tickets will cost Dh449, while Abu Dhabi-Dhaka and Abu Dhabi-Chattogram fares start from Dh499 and Dh549, respectively.

Strong Q1 results

It reported a net profit of Dh355 million for the first three months ending March 31, 2025, an increase of 34 percent compared to Dh266 million registered in the corresponding quarter in 2024. In the same period, the airline posted a turnover of Dh1.75 billion, a 14 percent increase compared to the first quarter of last year. More than 4.9 million passengers flew with Air Arabia Group between January and March 2025 across the carrier’s operating hubs, an increase of 11 percent compared to the total number of passengers carried in the first quarter of last year, while the airline’s average seat load factor – or passengers carried as a percentage of available seats – during the first three months of 2025 stood at an impressive 84 per cent.
