Ram 1500 TRX Launch Edition sold out in just 3 hours!

Ram Truck has announced that orders for the 2021 Ram 1500 TRX Launch Edition were filled in just three hours. The special edition is limited to just 702 units in a nod to the TRX super truck’s 702 horsepower output.

The TRX Launch Edition is visually distinguished from the regular TRX by its Anvil Gray exterior paint, which is exclusive to the edition, as well as special graphics along the body side and beadlock-capable wheels.

Inside, the TRX Launch Edition trucks get a special red and brushed-aluminium centre console badge identifying it as a special, limited-edition TRX model.

It also gets a carbon fibre interior trim, colour accent package, Head-up Display, 19-speaker Harman Kardon premium sound system, and dual-pane panoramic sunroof.

“The groundswell of demand for our all-new 2021 Ram 1500 TRX Launch Edition validates our efforts to bring the fastest, quickest, most powerful pickup truck to market,” said Mike Koval Jr., Head of Ram Brand. “We said the Ram 1500 TRX Launch Edition would go fast. And we meant that in more ways than one.”

Production of the 2021 Ram 1500 TRX Launch Edition starts in early fourth-quarter 2020. The TRX model line will be built at FCA’s Sterling Heights (Michigan) Assembly Plant.
