Fiat Chrysler Automobiles (FCA) has released a new set of teaser images of the upcoming Jeep Grand Wagoneer, the brand’s new flagship SUV, ahead of its global reveal on Thursday, September 3.

These images include an aerial photo of the Jeep Grand Wagoneer that shows a massive panoramic roof that seems to cover the entire roof of the SUV. The photo also reveals a subtle overlay of what is purportedly a map of Detroit.

Another image shows a large air-vent on the SUV’s dashboard that features reverse C-shaped slats with chrome finishing. It also shows a silhouette of the Grand Wagoneer along with the words ‘EST 1963’, in a nod to the first-generation Grand Wagoneer.

FCA had previously teased the Grand Wagoneer, set to fight it out with the heavyweights of the SUV world such as Range Rover and Mercedes GLS, by showing parts of its chrome grille, hinting at a showy exterior trim.

The bling from the exterior trim seems to carry over into the interior too as previewed by what appears to be a highly detailed and shiny knob on the centre console.
