Our eyes! You have to feel sorry for this customised Porsche Boxster... Image Credit: Reddit

The South of France is one of the most beautiful places in the world, offering some of the most astonishing ocean views, stunning coastal villages and adding to its charm are loads of gorgeous supercars being driven by the rich and famous. However, one Reddit user had the fright of his life when he came across one of the ugliest Porsche Boxsters ever.

The heavily customized first-generation sportscar sure knows how to draw attention to itself – and for all the wrong reasons.

The Boxster is one of the German carmaker’s best ever sportscars what with its exquisite looks and thrilling performance however this particular example can forget about receiving any aesthetical appeal from anyone…

Introduced in 1996 and featuring a 2.5-litre flat six-cylinder motor, the first-gen might not have been the best looking but there’s still no excuse to do this to it. Its exterior has been dressed up with what can only be best described a bunch of horrific aftermarket bits and bobs. The looks of the car have been altered to such an extent that it is barely even recognizable as a legitimate example of the German sportscar. In fact it looks more like a Chinese knock-off.

The front bumper has been decked out with a host of red and yellow trimmings while the bonnet is fitted with a piece of matte green wrap and chrome accents. It also has not one but two windshield banners while more bright work can be seen around the outside of the headlights while the profile gets wing mirrors that are painted red, along with red door handles and if that was not bad enough it even has a pair of fake air intakes on the rear fenders.

To make matters even worse, it has a huge rear multi-coloured wing... Image Credit: Reddit

Around the back there’s a massive wing finished off in the same wild black, red, and yellow paint scheme as the rest of the car… It looks someone tried to combine the Batmobile and Tron and ended up doing nothing more than create a fine mess and ruin the natural beauty of the South of France at the same time...
