Emaar Properties has launched the Rosa villas as the newest addition to the Arabian Ranches. Following the recent launch of the Palma villas, the Rosa development adds 144 Spanish-style villas in Arabian Ranches in five different choices.

Targeting families with their larger plot sizes and liveable space, the Rosa villas will offer easy access to the community centre, health and fitness facilities, day-care centres, mosques and educational institutions. With a central park that serves as the heart of community, the development will also feature picturesque walkways and luscious green spaces.

Emaar held last week a sales event for potential customers in the UAE and in India. A showcase event was also organised in Mumbai.

“Demand for villas has gained tremendous strength with Dubai further underlining its credentials as the region’s business and tourism hub,” said Ahmed Al Matrooshi, Managing Director, Emaar Properties. “Arabian Ranches today serves as a benchmark in world-class villa development and, as part of its ongoing expansion, Rosa is a stylish new addition to the community.

“We are also launching simultaneous registration and showcase in India for investors who seek distinctive residential choices in Dubai.”

Residents will also have access to the Arabian Ranches Golf Club, a selection of restaurants and a wide choice of equestrian activities when the nearby Dubai Polo and Equestrian Club opens.

Emaar’s portfolio in Dubai includes Downtown Dubai, its flagship 500-acre development that features the iconic Burj Khalifa and The Dubai Mall, in addition to residences and commercial offices.

Other residential communities developed by Emaar include Dubai Marina and Emirates Living, which is a cluster of residential projects consisting of The Views, The Springs, The Lakes, Emirates Hills, Hattan Villas, The Meadows and The Greens. Other developments are being planned by Emaar in Dubai, including The Opera District in Downtown Dubai.
