Mahira Khan is the undisputed superstar of the Pakistan entertainment industry; there are absolutely no two ways about it. A proof of this is the fact that she is demanding — and getting paid — the highest amount a female actor and model has ever received in the country. It’s no wonder then that she recently signed on a feature film, Superstar, where she plays the titular role. Reportedly, the project is a Momina Duraid (MD) production which previously gave Khan the international hit Bin Roye (2015).
Superstar is said to have Bilal Ashraf (of Janaan and Rangreza fame) opposite Khan. The film’s script is helmed by Azaan Sami Khan.
