Get on your bike and burn some calories at the Al Wathba Cycling track. A 40-minute drive from the city centre, the cycling centre is located next to the camel tracks and offers 8km, 16km, 20km, 22km and 30km loops, and features solar panels and lights, that allow you to ride at night.

When you are at your spontaneous best, there is no better way to enjoy the cool weather than hitting the beach for a game of beach volleyball on the Abu Dhabi Corniche. Just put on a friendly smile and join the players who are sweating it out on the sand.
