Located near some of the city’s most popular leisure and entertainment venues, it comprises four buildings, two of which have been sold out. A studio apartment here costs Dh850,000 while a three-bedroom apartment could set you back by over Dh3 million.

Fronting Saadiyat beach, this residential project includes 453 villas in eight designs.

No villa here has less than four bedrooms. The big ones have seven bedrooms and sprawl over 10,000 square feet. The project is sold out and units are available only in the secondary market where the asking price for seven bedrooms is around Dh16 million while those of 4,600 square feet start from

Dh7.2 million.

Al Hadeel

The price of a one-bedroom apartment here hovers around Dh1.5 million while those with three bedrooms cost around Dh2.4million.
