No villa here has less than four bedrooms. The big ones have seven bedrooms and sprawl over 10,000 square feet. The project is sold out and units are available only in the secondary market where the asking price for seven bedrooms is around Dh16 million while those of 4,600 square feet start from
Dh7.2 million.

Al Hadeel
Designed in the shape of a horseshoe, Al Hadeel has a mix of one- two- and three-bedroom apartments with floor-to-ceiling windows and doors. The balconies are glass-fronted, offering uninterrupted views of the lush green Al Bandara development.
