Dubai: A boat caught fire near Dubai's Jumeirah Beach Residence on Friday morning, an official said. One man was injured due to the blaze and transferred to hospital.
According to Dubai Civil Defence spokesperson, they received an emergency call at 9:23AM about a boat fire in the sea. Firefighters from Al Marsa fire station went to the scene and extinguished the fire. “The fire happened near SkyDive and was brought under control at 10AM. One person was injured,” said the spokesperson.
