Sharjah Civil Defence launches interactive portal

Sharjah: Sharjah Civil Defence has launched a new website, shjcd.gov.ae, with an interactive feel offering customers a host of new services and information while retaining the most popular applications.

Customers visiting the website can enquire about anything related to precautionary measures in case of fire, safety issues or file complaints, send a tip or information, provide suggestions, communicate with senior officers, and find the location of any department or station, Brigadier Abdullah Al Suwaidi, Director General of Sharjah Civil Defence Department told Gulf News yesterday.
