John Travolta's teenage son dies

The 16-year-old son of American actor John Travolta died on Friday while on a family holiday in the Bahamas.

Bahamas: The 16-year-old son of American actor John Travolta died on Friday while on a family holiday in the Bahamas.

According to a police statement, Jett Travolta hit his head on a bathtub on Friday morning and was found unconscious in the bathroom.

Travolta's lawyer said Jett suffered a seizure and that attempts to revive him failed. An autopsy is being conducted to find out the exact cause of death.

Jett was the eldest child of Travolta and his wife Kelly Preston. He had a history of seizures.
