Jennifer Hudson's brother-in-law arrested over murders
The estranged brother-in-law of Oscar-winning actress Jennifer Hudson has been arrested in connection with the murders of her mother, brother and 7-year-old nephew.

Chicago: The estranged brother-in-law of Oscar-winning actress Jennifer Hudson has been arrested in connection with the murders of her mother, brother and 7-year-old nephew.
Authorities say 27-year-old William Balfour was arrested on Monday at Stateville Prison and is awaiting formal charges.
The bodies of Hudson's mother, Darnell Hudson Donerson, and brother, Jason Hudson, were discovered October 24 at the family's home. The body of Hudson's nephew, Julian King, was found three days later in a sport utility vehicle.
Police took Balfour into custody the same day the adults' bodies were discovered. After 48 hours he was taken to Stateville on a parole violation.
