A newly appointed deputy security adviser has vowed to talk to Milf leaders to pave the way for peace negotiations with the government and the achievement of a comprehensive peace in war-torn southern Mindanao.
"I need to find a way to be able to get a dialogue with Milf leaders, to be able to get peace in Mindanao, which is my concern now," Luis Singson, ex-governor of Ilocos Sur, Luzon, said.
