Pak man charged in HK sex murders
A Pakistani man living in Hong Kong has been charged with murder in the slayings of three sex workers in the past week, police said Wednesday.
Hong Kong: A Pakistani man living in Hong Kong has been charged with the murder of three sex workers in the past week, police said on Wednesday.
Twenty-four year old Nadeem Razaq, who is unemployed, appeared in court on Wednesday but didn't immediately enter a plea on the three counts of murder he faces, according to a court document.
His case is adjourned till next week.
Police arrested Razaq on Tuesday after he returned to Hong Kong from the neighbouring gambling enclave Macau.
Officers said they had seized mobile phones belonging to two of the victims from him when he was arrested.
Four sex workers, aged 27 to 35, have been killed in Hong Kong.
