Japanese man charged with murder

Manila: A Japanese national who murdered a Filipina and mutilated her body was formally charged at the Tokyo District Court, and could face a prison term of 30 years, the Department of Foreign Affairs (DFA) said.
In a report submitted to Manila's foreign affairs office, Philippine Ambassador to Japan, Domingo Siazon Jr, said the Tokyo Regional Public Prosecutor has formally charged Hiroshi Nozaki, for the murder of 22 year-old Filipina club hostess Honiefaith Ratilla-Kamiosawa.
