A bomb explosion near the security ministry in central Mexico City on Friday killed on person, police said.
Mexico City: A bomb explosion near the security ministry in central Mexico City on Friday killed on person, police said.
Hundreds of officers in riot gear evacuated people in nearby buildings and blocked roads around the bomb site near the popular tourist haunt, the Zona Rosa district.
No one has claimed responsibility for the attack, which also wounded two people and damaged windows of buildings and parked cars.
Police have made several arrests and seized suspected gang members found with large arsenals of guns and grenades.
