Every employer responsiblity is to ensure there workers are safe and dont get over stressed with so much of work dept managers top of there authority always try to make workers work day night for there own good they need to ensure there employees health is also important, sometimes work can take over personal life of an employee. Companies needs to take an initiative if they make employees work on intern also his performance needs to be checked and employees shall be rewarded like all other employee, since every employee is important and respect shall be given to all employees equally well.

Employees should be protected by the law with maximum allowed working hours per day, not even per week. Enough sleep will not only increase productivity, but improve health and therefore long-term wise the employee will be a more of an asset than when he's forced to work "till he drops".
