Six-day-old girl tossed out of moving car is safe

New Delhi: She gurgles happily, blissfully unaware that hours ago she escaped near death - flung out of a moving car, a hungry dog shaking the polythene bag she was wrapped in, then miraculously spotted by a woman and saved by police. All at the age of six days.
The baby, who was transferred to an orphanage on Saturday, is "healthy" and "pretty", said doctors at the orphanage.
The baby was found alive inside a bag outside the Kali Mata temple on Bangla Sahib road in central Delhi on Friday midnight by a woman passerby who reported the matter to police.
She contacted the Police Control Room when she saw something moving inside the bag. The bag, she said, had been tossed out of a moving car, after which a stray dog pounced on it and dragged it around.
Miraculously, the infant had not suffered any injuries, doctors at the Kalawati Hospital, who examined her said. She was taken into the care of Udayan, an NGO that cares for orphans, at Gole Market.

The authorities must take severe action against such cruel people who toss their babies out of a moving car. This despite the facility of orphanages. If that person is caught then they should pay for what they did.

People who are blessed with a child are unaware about the pains of not having one. This cruel act will surely come back to that person. God bless the baby.

If they do not know how to take care of a child then they should give that baby to their relatives or anyone without children who can take care of the baby.

How can a person be so cruel to an infant? Why do they give birth if they cannot take care of a baby?

If anyone cannot take the responsibility of a baby, they shoud take that baby to an orphanage.
