Mumbai's Taj Mahal hotel to reopen in a week
The Taj Mahal Palace & Tower hotel that was stormed by militants last month will reopen before Christmas, its owners said on Saturday.

Mumbai: The Taj Mahal Palace & Tower hotel that was stormed by militants last month will reopen before Christmas, its owners said on Saturday.
Chief Executive Efficer Raymond Bickson said in a statement that the hotel will reopen on December 21.
"To reopen the Taj with such speed but with no loss of attention to details, shows our resolve to commemorate all the innocent and brave people who lost their lives during the terrorist attacks," he said.
The Oberoi Group earlier said the Trident hotel, which was also attacked, would also reopen on December 21.
A total of 172 people, including nine of the 10 gunmen, died in the attacks in Mumbai last month.
