New Delhi: BJP chief ministerial candidate Kiran Bedi on Wednesday declared movable and immovable assets worth over Rs116.5 million (Dh6.9 million) belonging to her and her husband.

In her affidavit filed along with nomination papers for the Delhi Assembly elections from Krishna Nagar constituency, Bedi has mentioned no case is pending against her in any court.

Bedi also said in her affidavit that she has movable and immovable assets worth Rs110,402,677 while the assets of both these types of her husband is worth Rs6,135,528.

She has declared movable assets at Rs31,402,677, including 5gm of gold worth Rs25,000 while her husband has a total of Rs3,285,528.

In her affidavit, she said she has three flats — at Dwarka, Uday Park in Delhi and at Gautam Buddh Nagar of UP and the total value of these flats has been put at Rs60.5 million.

The former IPS officer, who owns a Maruti 800 car, has agricultural land in two locations — one in Pune and another in Gurgaon.

The value of the land in Pune has been put at Rs16 million while the one in Gurgaon at Rs2.5 million.

Bedi’s husband owns an agricultural land in Amritsar worth Rs2.85 million, according to the affidavit.

In the affidavit, she has mentioned cash Rs55,750 in hand and while her husband has Rs15,500 in cash.

The affidavit also said she has a fixed deposit worth Rs21 million while she has Rs2,543,852 in her four saving bank accounts.

She has declared a total income in 2013-14 at Rs6,715,464 while her husband’s income in that period was not shown as it was below taxable income.
