Gunshot-like sounds were heard at New Delhi's international airport on Friday, causing a security scare, police said.
New Delhi: Gunshot-like sounds were heard at New Delhi's international airport on Friday, causing a security scare, police said.
Police and commandos closed down the area in the heavily guarded airport, while an SUV with a lone occupant sped away.
Police gave chase but lost the vehicle, NDTV news channel said.
No one was injured in the incident, police said.
