New colours for Abu Dhabi police vehicles

New blue and white colours for police vehicles were launched at the Armed Forces Officer’s Club

All Abu Dhabi Police vehicles, including traffic patrols, rescue and assistance cars, will be changed into blue and white colours.

ABU DHABI: The colours of Abu Dhabi Police vehicles have been changed to blue and white from the existing red and white.

The new colours were launched at the Armed Forces Officer’s Club in the capital on Sunday.

About a dozen of police vehicles in new colours rolled down the carpet in front of the main entrance of the club during the launch event.

All Abu Dhabi Police vehicles, including traffic patrols, rescue and assistance cars will be changed into blue and white colours.

Abu Dhabi Police is gearing up for the total transformation of its fleet, emblem and uniform of officers to add a more traditional, cultural and local texture to it.

It has already changed the emblem. The uniform of the offices will be replaced with new ones shortly.
