Isra wal Miraj celebration

The Dubai Awqaf and Islamic Affairs Department will celebrate the Isra wal Miraj event on October 3, after Maghrib prayers.

The Isra wal Miraj is an important event for Muslims, when Prophet Mohammed (PBUH) was honoured by Allah.

The Department is holding the annual event at Sultan Balshalat Mosque near Port Rashid.

The programme will start with the recitation of verses from the Holy Quran, then Sheikh Dr Issa bin Abdullah bin Manie Al Humairi, Director of the Department, will deliver a speech.
