Indian bid to join OIC rejected says Qayyum

India's bid to gain entry into the Organisation of Islamic Conference (OIC) at the recently-concluded foreign ministers meeting in Khartoum was rejected outright, said a senior Pakistani official who led the country's delegation to the gathering.
