Abu Dhabi: A total of 412 employees of the Interior Ministry and their families arrived in Saudi Arabia onboard a private plane to perform Umrah in Makkah on a grant by General Shaikh Mohammad Bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi and Deputy Supreme Commander of the UAE Armed Forces.
All arrangements for the one-day Umrah programme are being overseen by Lt. General Shaikh Saif Bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Interior.
The head of the ministry’s permanent committee on Haj and Umrah Brig. Hamad Adeel Al Shamsi said employees undertaking the pilgrimage had also been provided all necessary help to visit Madinah.
