Worker falls to death from 15th floor
Worker slipped from under-construction building in Sharjah's Al Nahda area
Sharjah: A 27-year-old worker died after falling from an under-construction building in the Al Nahda area of Sharjah on Monday afternoon, an official at Sharjah Police told Gulf News.
The victim was of Pakistani nationality and identified as F.S.M.
The worker died after falling down from the 15th floor of a building under construction.
The incident took place on Monday at about 12.30pm when the worker fell while working on the top floors. The victim reportedly slipped.
A team from the Criminal and Investigation Department (CID) was dispatched to the building. The man was transferred to Al Kuwaiti Hospital where he was pronounced dead. Al Buhairah Police are investigating the case.
