Palestine Tourism Ministry joins International Council of Tourism Partners
The Palestinian Ministry of Tourism and Antiques announced on Thursday that the ministry has officially become a member of the International Council of Tourism Partners
Ramallah: The Palestinian Ministry of Tourism and Antiques announced on Thursday that the ministry has officially become a member of the International Council of Tourism Partners (ICTP).
According to Kholoud Doaibes the Palestinian Minister of Tourism and Antiques, the joining of the ICTP is an important development and another fundamental state towards state recognition.
"Palestine joining the ICTP highlights the Palestinian position in the international tourist map, as one of the key international destinations," she added.
The ministry's statement included comments from ICTP President Geoffrey Lipman who said "we are extremely excited about Palestine joining the ICTP. Palestine is one of the most important international destinations all over the world and offers unique travel experience."
