Abbas and Olmert to meet on Sunday

Ramallah: Israeli Prime Minister Ehud Olmert and Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas will hold a meeting to discuss the crisis in the region on Sunday.

The two leaders will meet at the Egyptian resort town of Sharm El Sheikh, according to a senior Palestinian official.

The official added: “(They) will discuss the recent Palestinian developments as well as well as ways of reviving the peace process."

However an official from Olmert's office said no date had been set for any potential meeting.
