Gaza: At least two people were wounded when Palestinian gunmen stormed into Gaza's main power plant and exchanged fire with security forces, officials said on Monday.

The gunmen - reportedly affiliated with Palestinian?s President Mahmoud Abbas's Fatah party ? were demanding employment.

Some were recently admitted to the Palestinian security forces and have not received their salaries.

Hospital officials said two Palestinian security officials were wounded in the clash, while security forces called for back up.

Meanwhile, another group of armed men took over a military hospital near the town of Khan Younis in Gaza. It was not immediately clear what they were demanding.
