Baghdad: A woman suicide bomber has killed one person and wounded five others in an attack northeast of Baghdad.
Police said the attack occurred Tuesday morning at a bus station close to the Shiite-dominated village of Al Mukhesah, near the town of Muqdadiyah.
There was no immediate claim of responsibility but the attack bore the hallmarks of Al Qaida in Iraq, which has been increasingly using women as suicide bombers.
