Truck rams into crowd of people in Iraq

Baghdad: A fuel tanker truck rammed into a crowd of people waiting for buses south of Baghdad, killing at least 20 people and wounding 15 others, police said.

Police Lt. Mohammad Al Shamari said that the crash in Al Wahada did not appear to be an accident because the truck did not have a flat tire or other mechanical problems.

It was not immediately clear if the driver had survived, Al Shemari said.
