A roadside bomb attack on a British convoy in Basra on Sunday has injured an Iraqi civilian, police said.
Baghdad: A roadside bomb attack on a British convoy in Basra on Sunday has injured an Iraqi civilian, police said.
British military spokesman Major Bill Young said the convoy was carrying Western contractors when it was attacked.
The contractors were heading to a children's hospital to inspect work on the building, he said.
