Car bomb kills 10, wounds 31 in northern Iraq

Baghdad: A car bomb killed 10 people and wounded 31 others when it exploded outside a car dealership in the northern Iraqi town of Tal Afar on Saturday, Iraqi police and the US military said .

Tal Afar is in Iraq's troubled Nineveh province, where Sunni Islamist Al Qaida militants still operate despite several security crackdowns aimed at stamping them out.
