Iraqi police say a parked car bomb has blown up in central Baghdad, killing three people and wounding 14 others.

Baghdad: Iraqi police say a parked car bomb has blown up in central Baghdad, killing three people and wounding 14 others.

The bomb struck during the Wednesday morning rush hour in Al Nasir Square in the heart of the Iraqi capital.
