A bus and a truck collision in southern Iran on Sunday led to the death of 16 people and injuring 11, according to the official news agency IRNA.

The vehicles collided on the Sirjan-Bandar Abbas road.
The accident was caused when the bus veered to the left because of the driver's drowsiness, said the agency.
Iran's roads are among the most dangerous in the world.
At least 100,000 people have been killed in traffic accidents over the past five years in a country of some 70 million people.
