Occupied Jerusalem: Israeli forces on Wednesday shot dead a 19-year-old Palestinian woman who, police claim, had knife in her hand at a checkpoint in the occupied West Bank.
Palestinians have accused Israel of using excessive force and say that most of those killed posed no threat or had no intention of attacking anyone.
At least 222 Palestinians have been killed in over a year of heightened violence surrounding increased colony expansion and Jewish raids on Al Haram Al Sharif, the third most holy site in Islam, located in occupied Jerusalem.
