Dubai: Jordanian King Abdullah II put his firefighting skills to the test on Sunday after a fire broke out near the royal palace.

King Abdullah tweeted on Sunday: “By the grace of the brave of all the military and civil devices, the fire of Kamaliyya was extinguished yesterday, thank you for all the efforts that they have made, God save you and save Jordan.”

The video, which has been circulating on social media, shows King Abdullah with a large number of people in a forested area as they rush to extinguish the flames.
Jordan’s King Abdullah II thanked the various entities that participated in putting out a fire in the area of Kamaliyya on the outskirts of the capital Amman, reported Al Arabiya.
