Dubai: The board of the Shaikh Zayed Housing Programme (SZHP) approved the names of 1,129 beneficiaries eligible for housing grants valued at Dh587 million.
The housing grants were distributed as 200 grants and 929 loans. The grants comprised 502 for building a house, three for buying a house, 18 for housing renovations, 64 for building annexes, 70 to complete the building of houses, and 472 for government houses that are currently being implemented by the programme. The board meeting was chaired by Abdullah Mohammad Bel Haif Al Nuaimi, Minister of Public Works and Chairman of SZHP.
