New rules: Media council holds meeting
The National Media Council (NMC) held its fifth meeting, chaired by Saqr Gobash, Minister of Labour, in the presence of Abdul Rahman Mohammad Al Owais, Minister of Culture, Youth and Community Development, and NMC board members.
Abu Dhabi: The National Media Council (NMC) held its fifth meeting, chaired by Saqr Gobash, Minister of Labour, in the presence of Abdul Rahman Mohammad Al Owais, Minister of Culture, Youth and Community Development, and NMC board members.
The executive committee was briefed before the board meeting on the latest development with regard to the NMC laws and bylaws.
It was also briefed on draft law regulating media activities, which was discussed by the Cabinet, and will replace the Printing and Publishing Law.
