Abu Dhabi: General Shaikh Mohammad Bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Abu Dhabi Crown Prince, Deputy Supreme Commander of the UAE Armed Forces and Chairman of the Abu Dhabi Executive Council, yesterday issued a resolution restructuring the board of directors of Abu Dhabi Media.
The resolution named Mohammad Ebrahim Mahmoud Al Mahmoud as chairman of the board. Board members include Shaikh Fahim Sultan Khalid Al Qasimi, Noura Mohammad Hilal Al Kaabi, Dr. Ali Bin Tamim, Dr. Omniyat Mohammad Al Hajiri, Hareb Mubarak Abdullah Al Muhairi, Jamal Mohammad Abdul Hamid Al Hosni and Arif Hamad Saif Al Awani.
The board will have a renewable tenure of three years.
