Sharjah Ladies Club to expand leisure facilities
Shaikha Budoor Bint Mohammad Al Qasimi, Vice-Chairman of the club, told Gulf News more facilities will be added during an expansion project, which will involve the art centre, nursery and beauty salon.
Sharjah Ladies Club will soon have a larger nursery, beauty salon and art centre.
Shaikha Budoor Bint Mohammad Al Qasimi, Vice-Chairman of the club, told Gulf News more facilities will be added during an expansion project, which will involve the art centre, nursery and beauty salon.
"We plan to expand the nursery facilities to cope with the increasing number of people seeking to use the facilities," Shaikha Budoor said.
"We will also expand the beauty salon which has big demand from the club members. We will expand the art centre to make children happier and their stay more enjoyable," she said.
This year, she said, the club has plans for an exclusive and comprehensive summer camp mainly for children aged 8 to 10.
"The children will have a large number of activities to choose from, and they will also undertake trips to various places."
She said children can enjoy ballet, music and art at the club.
The club offers different types of membership and the fees vary accordingly. She said non-members can also use such facilities as the spa and the beauty salon.
"We have introduced a daily fee at the club for those who want to visit and use the facilities for a day," she said. "So they can spend a day and enjoy their time without the need for full membership."
