Global Village to open on October 21

Dubai: Global Village and its attractions will be open from October 21 and run until March 30, 2013, welcoming visitors earlier than usual to cover the period of Eid Al Adha.

Global Village attracts millions of visitors every season. The number of visitors rises especially during weekends, public and Eid holidays.

Meanwhile, Global Village’s VIP packs sold in large numbers in the first 10 days of its launch, in time for the attraction’s longest season in its 17-year existence. Those with special numbers such as 111, 888, 66, 22 and 2 were the most in demand and sold out within seconds upon their launch on September 22.

This year’s VIP packs come in three categories priced at Dh4,000, Dh1,500 and Dh900 respectively.

Each category has various perks, including pre-paid entry tickets, funfair tickets in addition to valet parking passes and loyalty cards.
