Sharjah: His Highness Dr Shaikh Sultan Bin Mohammad Al Qasimi, Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Sharjah, opened the Islamic Park, which is located in the Desert Park on Al Dhaid Road.
The Islamic Park aims to enhance Sharjah’s status as a Capital of Islamic Culture for 2014, mirror the emirate’s Islamic identity and highlight the greatness of Islamic culture, and disseminate its objectives across the world.
Dr Shaikh Sultan opened the Islamic Park in the presence of Shaikh Sultan Bin Mohammad Bin Sultan Al Qasimi, Crown Prince and Deputy Ruler of Sharjah.
